Kaushik Kirankumar Devi

Kaushik Kirankumar Devi is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in managing and driving sales initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the National Sales Manager for HCT at Munters since July 2025, Kaushik leads a dedicated team with full P&L responsibility. Previously, from December 2023 to June 2025, Kaushik held the position of National Sales Manager - Channels at Alfa Laval, focusing on channel sales for circular separation technologies in India and neighboring countries. Kaushik's career at Atlas Copco spanned over 13 years, where roles included Business Marketing Manager, overseeing operations for oil-injected screw compressors, and Territory Manager, managing a significant team and key accounts across multiple states. Kaushik began professional journey after earning a Master’s degree in International Business and an MBA in Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
