Roger Zien, MBA, PMP, serves as Vice President of Operations at Murad since January 2024, following a successful tenure at ChromaDex from October 2020 to January 2024 where roles included Vice President of Supply Chain & Operations and Senior Director of Supply Chain & Operations. Prior experience includes Director of Operations and Supply Chain at ColorProof Color Care Authority, where Roger managed operations for a $14MM+ professional haircare brand, and Director of Operations at SENTÉ®, a $3.5MM+ start-up in professional skincare. Roger’s military background includes serving as Operations and Logistics Officer as a Major in the US Army. Additional roles include Associate Director of Operations Project Management at SkinMedica Inc. and various operations management positions at Flowserve Corporation. Roger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA in Project Management from American InterContinental University.
