Seif Elkhouly is an accomplished professional in the field of architecture and real estate development, currently serving as Chief Development Officer at Orascom Development, Muriya Tourism & Development since May 2019. Elkhouly has held the position of Interim Chief Development Officer at Orascom Development Egypt in late 2021 and was the Senior Director of Development at the same company from August 2015 to April 2019. Previously, Elkhouly worked with SODIC as Design Manager and Senior Design Advisor from November 2010 to August 2015, following a tenure as Senior Architect at James Cubitt & Partners Ltd. from June 2006 to November 2010. Early career experience includes a role as Design Architect at CDC, Community Design Collaborative. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Architecture from Alexandria University and two diplomas in Real Estate Development from The American University in Cairo and the National University of Singapore.
