Sarah Milby

Sarah Milby currently serves as President and Chief Strategy Officer at Mursion, an immersive and AI-powered simulation training company, after joining through the acquisition of Valor Performance, which Sarah founded and led as CEO. In addition to this role, Sarah is an Advisory Board Member for Yale Ventures, contributing to the Blavatnik Fund for Innovation. Previous experience includes strategic roles in companies such as Opargo, Joyable, Grokker, Castlight Health, and HealthTech Capital, showcasing a strong background in leadership, business development, and innovation within the healthcare and technology sectors. Sarah holds an MBA from Stanford University, an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and a BA in the History of Science/Medicine and Premed from Yale University.
