Prior to this role, Alice held positions as Administrator of Ambulatory Services at MUSC Health and Sr. Director of Business Initiatives and Operations Support at MUSC Physicians, where responsibilities included operational oversight, strategic planning, and business intelligence. Alice's earlier experience includes roles at BlueCross BlueShield of SC as a Senior Analyst and at Medical Management Associates as an Analyst. Alice holds a Master's degree in Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
