Samantha M. is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional with a strong background in recruiting and employee support. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter at Musco Lighting since February 2021, Samantha is responsible for recruiting top-level talent for a global leader in large area, sports, and event lighting with over 1600 team members. Prior to this role, Samantha worked at Ottumwa Regional Health Center as a Human Resources Specialist, focusing on various HR functions for over 650 employees, including new hire experience and benefits administration.
