Kevin Cruise O'Shea started their career at WTW in 1992 as a Director and worked there until 2006. Kevin then joined Musgrave, where they held two roles - Director of HR from June 2020 onwards, and Head of Reward from October 2006 to May 2020. In 2023, O'Shea became the Chairperson at IAPF.
Kevin Cruise O'Shea attended Griffith College Dublin in 2022, where they pursued a degree in Pensions. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Investments and Securities at Dublin City University from 1990 to 1992. Kevin began their higher education journey by earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from University College Cork between 1987 and 1990.
