Taehoon Kim

Taehoon Kim is currently the People eXperience Team Manager at MUSINSA, specializing in workplace strategy, retail support, and corporate welfare since August 2022. Prior to this role, Taehoon contributed to Kakao Corp as an Operations Coordinator from August 2017 to October 2022, focusing on workplace service planning, employee welfare service development, and in-house system development, alongside asset management. Earlier experience includes serving as the Procurements Manager at ChungHo Nais Co., Ltd from June 2015 to October 2017, where responsibilities encompassed asset procurement and enterprise cost reduction, and as a staff member at KBS, aiding in management evaluation report production. Taehoon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Korea Maritime & Ocean University, completed in 2015.
