Karen Obryan

Karen OBryan, CPCU, currently serves as the Underwriting Manager at Mutual of Enumclaw since December 2023. With over three decades of experience at Farmers Insurance from June 1989 to November 2023, Karen held significant roles including Field Claims Operations Manager for Commercial Casualty and Director of Underwriting at the Austin Business Insurance Center. In the claims role, Karen successfully managed remote teams during the COVID pandemic, integrating underwriting knowledge to enhance team performance. Karen's educational background includes a CPCU with a commercial focus in underwriting from The Institutes and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
