Kyle R. Norman

Kyle R. Norman, SCLA, is an experienced claims and insurance professional with a background in managing material damage operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Material Damage Claims and Program Manager at Mutual of Enumclaw since March 2023, Kyle oversees the Direct Repair Network and related programs. Previously, at CSE Insurance Group, Kyle held multiple managerial roles, including Senior Manager of Material Damage, where responsibilities included directing operations and liaising with senior management on claims projects. With a foundation in streamlining processes and enhancing productivity established during tenure as Senior Claims Operations Manager and Manager of Material Damage and Claims Support, Kyle has demonstrated a commitment to operational efficiency. Earlier experiences at Go and Infinity Insurance further contributed to Kyle's expertise in claims management and team leadership. Kyle earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from California State University, Fullerton.
