Alan Dunagan

Alan Dunagan is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing IT infrastructure and applications. Currently serving as IT Manager and Senior System Administrator at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, Alan oversees all aspects of IT infrastructure, supports over 2000 remote devices, and manages a user base of more than 1600 in M365. Previous roles include Information Technology Engineer at CliniComp, Intl., where responsibilities encompassed O365 administration and server management, and IT Specialist at Infracore LLC, focusing on firewall management and system administration. Alan's experience also includes project leadership in ERP implementations and extensive work with network solutions across various organizations. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Cincinnati.
