Bryan E. Mitchell

Bryan E. Mitchell, PE, currently serves as the Director of Engineering and Business Development at MV Purchasing, LLC since September 2023. Prior to this role, Bryan held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Great Salt Plains Midstream, LLC from July 2018 to September 2023. Bryan's extensive experience at Devon Energy spanned over a decade, where Bryan progressed through various roles including Construction and Facility Engineering Manager, Supervisor of Construction/Facilities Engineering, Process Engineer, and Project Manager for the Cana Plant. In these positions, Bryan demonstrated expertise in facility and pipeline engineering operations, project management, and process design, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing training and mentorship to engineering teams. Bryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an Executive MBA in Energy from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business.
