Armando Kling

Armando Kling is an experienced Telecommunications Engineer with a strong background in program implementation and support for various voice systems, including Cloud Based GoTo Connect, Microsoft Teams Voice, Five9, and Mitel VOIP at MV Transportation since May 2017. Previously, Armando spent 20 years at BaseCom Technology Services, Inc. as a Telecom Engineer, focusing on the design and maintenance of telecommunication networks, and held roles as a Field Engineer and Technician, managing installations for the U.S. Army Lodging Program and The Sprint Single Soldier Barracks Program. Armando also served as a Captain in the Texas Army National Guard, leading a combat infantry company and enhancing soldier training and retention. Armando holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and an Associate of Arts from New Mexico Military Institute.
