Michael Ralsky

Michael Ralsky serves as the Vice President of External Affairs at MV Transportation, a position held since July 2023, where responsibilities include establishing a new department and providing analysis of legislative developments for over 100 divisions across 26 states. Previously, Ralsky was the Vice President of Public Affairs at Delek US Holdings, Inc. from 2018 to 2023, where a five-year strategy was developed for advocacy and communications. Prior experience includes leading GlobalGR as President (2014-2018), directing Global Government Relations at Navistar International Corporation (2009-2014), serving as Deputy Director of Government Affairs at Aon Corporation (2006-2009), and various roles within government entities including NASA and the U.S. Department of Defense. Ralsky holds a BA in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland, earned in 1995.
