Raymond Albanesi, Jr. is a Senior Associate Partner at MVE + Partners, Inc. since June 2012, specializing in project management for high-density multifamily projects, construction administration, and OSHPD. Prior to this role, Raymond served as Job Captain at William Hezmalhalch Architects from September 2008 to May 2012, where responsibilities included planning and overseeing the production of construction documents for various residential and mixed-use projects. Raymond's experience also includes serving as Project Manager at KB Home from September 2005 to September 2008, managing multiple residential and multi-family projects from schematic design to construction documents. Raymond began their career as a CAD Drafter at SMMA | Symmes Maini & McKee Associates in 1997. Raymond holds a degree in Architecture from Northeastern University, along with a certificate in Art and Architecture from SACI Studio Art Centers International.
