Eric D. has a solid work experience spanning over two decades. Eric'smost recent role was as the MVCONNECT/MVTRAC Manager- Business Operations at Motorola Solutions, where they started in October 2019. Prior to that, they worked at MVTRAC from 2009, initially as the General Partner/Operations Manager. In this role, they oversaw over 30,000 active cases related to theft, fraud, collateral recovery, subject locate, and hindering. Before MVTRAC, Eric worked at Arkus, Inc. from 1997 as the Lead Investigator. In this role, they conducted surveillance and investigations in various areas, such as workman's compensation, adultery, theft, and fraud. Eric was also responsible for interviewing clients, witnesses, and suspects.
Eric D. earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Public Relations from Illinois State University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in PEOPLE FIRST Behavioral Interviewing from CrossKnowledge in March 2020.
