Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at MW Components since March 2024, Janelle previously held the same title at Paragon Medical from January 2022 to February 2024. Prior roles include Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Information Technology at MW Industries, as well as OAE-IA IT Manager at Omron Automotive Electronics, where responsibilities included overseeing LAN infrastructure and business application needs across multiple locations. Janelle also served as Network Planning Manager at Omron Management Center of America, focusing on strategic consolidation and operational efficiency. Janelle holds a Master's degree in Music from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Music from DePaul University.
