Simon has a notable history as the former Chairman of Paragon Medical, focusing on innovative medical manufacturing, and previously served as Chief Executive Officer at Form Technologies and Dynacast International Inc. Simon's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from California Coast University, completed between 1997 and 2000.
