Cory Bench

Cory Bench is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client operations and customer success across various industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Professional Services at MX since October 2020, Cory previously held the role of Sr. Director of Client Operations at Moogsoft, where efforts focused on enhancing service availability through AI and ML technologies. Cory's prior positions include Vice President of Customer Care and Success at Younique Products, where significant improvements in distributor engagement and customer loyalty were achieved, and Head of US Customer Success at ForgeRock, where customer satisfaction and loyalty were elevated through the establishment of world-class processes. Cory's experience also encompasses a range of roles at Novell, demonstrating a strong background in support and service delivery, culminating in the management of various teams and projects. Cory holds an MPA in Public Administration and a B.S. in Family Science from Brigham Young University.
