Janet Hoo

Janet Hoo is an experienced professional in program management and education with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of Product & Technology in the Program Management Office at MX, Janet leads the engineering program management team. Prior to this role, Janet spent over seven years at PayPal, where significant contributions included managing a team of Program Managers focused on DataCenter and Geo strategies. Janet's career also encompasses academic roles, such as Adjunct Associate Professor at Scottsdale Community College, and a variety of positions in technical and security program management, notably at OpenSky Corp and Sun Microsystems. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Education with a focus on Instructional Technology from San Jose State University, an Associate degree in Equine Science, and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Florida International University.
