Drew Phillips has extensive work experience in engineering and recruiting roles.
From November 2021, they have been working as a Senior System Integration Engineer at MxD.
Prior to that, Drew worked at Northrop Grumman from March 2016 to November 2021. Drew initially started as a System Engineer and then progressed to become a Principal System Engineer.
Before joining Northrop Grumman, Drew worked as a Product Engineer at Honda Manufacturing of Indiana, LLC from June 2013 to March 2016.
Drew also has experience working as a Recruiter at Texas Tech University from September 2011 to May 2013. In this role, they were responsible for giving presentations, organizing and manning recruiting events, and leading tours of the college.
Additionally, Drew worked as a Transportation Intern at BNSF Railway in August 2012.
Drew Phillips has a Master of Engineering - MEng degree in Systems Engineering from Penn State World Campus. Drew attended Penn State World Campus from 2017 to 2019 to complete their master's degree. Prior to that, Drew earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University. Drew attended Texas Tech University from 2009 to 2013 to obtain their bachelor's degree.
