AAR QA Auditor/boe Inspector at MxV Rail

Scott Moore has extensive experience in quality assurance and management in the transportation and maritime sectors. Currently serving as an AAR QA Auditor and BOE Inspector at Transportation Technology Center, Inc. since May 2008, Scott conducts regulated QA audits of tank car manufacturing and repair facilities across the United States and provides hazardous material training compliant with federal regulations. Prior to this role, Scott was a Regional Manager at Rescar, where management of 21 locations with over 100 employees was required to meet federal and customer mandates while maintaining profitability. Earlier in their career, Scott held various positions at TTX Company, gaining experience in fabrication, switching, painting, repair, and materials. Scott's contributions to the US Navy included roles as a Radiological Control Monitor and Fire & Damage Control Class 5 Submarine Repairman, focusing on safety and control in the nuclear repair environment. Scott's education includes training from the US Navy Weld School and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from USC-Aiken.
