Spencer Reading

Spencer Reading is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and support roles. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at my529 since December 2021, Spencer has previously worked for the Utah System of Higher Education (USHE) for over a decade, where responsibilities included project planning, business unit coordination, and the migration of on-premises products to cloud solutions. Prior roles included Systems Engineer, Server Administrator, and IT Help Desk Technician, showcasing a versatile skill set in maintaining virtualized environments, managing security software, and providing desktop support. Spencer's career also includes experience as an IT Administrator at CoNextions Medical, handling comprehensive IT functions, and as a Computer Technician at PC's Unlimited, providing hardware and software repair. Spencer holds a General Associates degree in Information Technology from Salt Lake Community College.
