Fabrice Laillier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and technical training. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Support Engineer at Mycronic since September 2020, Fabrice has also held the position of Europe Field Support Engineer at Vi TECHNOLOGY since August 2014. Previous roles include Support Engineer for Electric Vehicles at aixam-méga and various positions at Photo-Me International Plc, where responsibilities ranged from Training Manager to Pre-Sale Engineer. Fabrice began a career in technical training at kis and has foundational experience as a Photographic Technician and Aeronautics Electromechanic in the Marine Nationale. Educational qualifications include a BTS in Automation and Industrial IT from AFPA Pont de Claix, a CAP in Photography from Images Ouverte, and a BTS in Aeronautics Maintenance from Marine Nationale.
