Jonathan Swartz is a seasoned manufacturing engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Mycronic since August 2021, Jonathan oversees the development and management of the Manufacturing Engineering Team while also handling drawing and BOM updates. Prior to this, Jonathan progressed through several positions at Gentex Corp. from November 2013 to August 2021, culminating in the role of Manufacturing Engineering Section Lead, where responsibilities included managing the Manufacturing Engineering Department and Machine Shop. Jonathan's early career at Dakota Systems involved work on vacuum rated systems and high purity gas delivery systems. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Norwich University, earned in 2010.
