Pettersson Martin has extensive work experience in the construction equipment industry. Pettersson started their career in 2004 with Volvo Construction Equipment Component Division as a Production Engineer. Pettersson then joined Volvo Construction Equipment as a Project Manager, where they managed sub projects for implementing a new factory layout. In 2007, they became the Manager Industrialization and Production Development for the same company. Later, they moved to Mycronic in 2016 and served as the Senior Vice President Operations. In 2009, they rejoined Volvo Construction Equipment and held various roles, including Project Manager, Director of Axles and Transmission, and Manager of Production Engineering and Operations. Overall, Pettersson Martin has demonstrated expertise in project management, production engineering, and operations in the construction equipment industry.
Pettersson Martin completed their high school education at Strömbbackaskolan in Piteå from 1996 to 1999. Pettersson then went on to study at Luleå University of Technology from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Management and Engineering.
