Joseph Ruddell

Northwest Arkansas Regional President at Generations Bank

Joseph Ruddell has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Joseph began their career in 1991 at The Bank of Fayetteville as a VP - Commercial Lending. Joseph then moved on to Simmons First Bank of Northwest Arkansas in 1997, where they served as a VP - Commercial Lending until 2000. Joseph joined First Security Bank in 2000 as an SVP - Commercial Lending until 2003. From 2003 to 2009, Joseph served as the CFO and Sales Rep for ProMarkCo, Limited. Joseph then joined Arvest Bank in 2009 and held various roles, including VP - Treasury Management Manager and VP - Business Development Officer for Private Banking. In 2014, Joseph became the Northwest Arkansas Regional President at Generations Bank, where they currently work.

Joseph Ruddell earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business and Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from Hendrix College from 1983 to 1987. Joseph then pursued a Graduate Banking Degree from the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking from 1990 to 1992.
