Robin Hughes has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2006, they worked as an Administrative Officer for Texas Bank and Trust until 2010. From 2010 to 2015, they served as an Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager for Regions Financial Corporation. In 2015, Robin joined Generations Bank as a Market Specialist, where they worked until June 2021. They then took on the role of Vice President/Consumer Lender at Generations Bank, which continues to be their current position.
Robin Hughes earned an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Southern Arkansas University Tech, where they studied from 1983 to 1987.
