Radam Ridwan serves as the Head of Content & Corporate Communications at myGwork, an LGBTQ+ business community, where responsibilities include developing integrated content and creative strategies to enhance community engagement. Prior roles at myGwork included Social Media & Community Engagement Manager, focusing on social media strategies and performance analytics. Radam has also consulted for The Diversity Standards Collective and engaged in freelance work as a Digital Marketing Specialist, uplifting LGBTQ+ and POC voices through content creation for notable brands. Previous experience includes senior roles at Expedia Group, managing partner engagement and communications strategies, as well as social media management at Rip Publishing. Radam holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Arts from The Australian National University. Achievements include recognition as a Metro UK LGBTQ+ Rising Star and participation in significant diversity-focused events.
