Sean E. Swank

Sean E. Swank has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at MyHealth Access Network since March 2018, Sean manages employee relations, leads recruitment processes, and facilitates employee benefit programs while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Previously, as Human Resources Manager for Petroflow and Equal Energy, Sean oversaw comprehensive HR services and compliance initiatives. Sean also served a distinguished 20-year career in the United States Air Force, holding various leadership roles, including Regional Supervisor/Recruiter and First Sergeant. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources/Management from Park University and two Associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Electronic Systems Technology and Human Resources.
