Bas de Ruiter is an experienced software developer and educator with a strong background in full-stack development, coaching, and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Developer at MyParcel since February 2024, Bas has previously held various roles, including Coach at Bit Academy, where instruction and mentorship were provided to MBO students, and as a Freelance Lead Full-Stack Developer at Bas Automation Solutions B.V. Notably, Bas co-founded Shifting Gear - Strategic Intelligence, serving as CTO and overseeing product development. Previous positions include Full Stack Developer at Royal Schiphol Group and roles at Tele2 and Accenture Technology Solutions, emphasizing expertise in web applications, database management, and software architecture.
