Gena Santharam

Gena Santharam is an experienced education administrator currently serving as the MyPath Education Administrator at MyPath Careers since January 2023. Prior to this role, Gena held the position of Director of Education at Genesee Lake School from December 2019, with an earlier tenure in the same role from December 2019 to January 2023. Gena's extensive experience includes serving as Principal and Director of Pupil Services for the Richmond School District from July 2010 to December 2019, and Assistant Principal at Greenfield High School from July 2007 to July 2010. Gena started a career in education as a High School Counselor at Waukesha North High School and also worked as a Special Education Teacher at Wisconsin Hills Middle School. Gena holds a Superintendent Licensure from Concordia University-Wisconsin, a Master of Education from Marian University, and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
