Lindz Bancaso has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Starting in 2007, they worked as an Application Developer at OPO Group before moving on to Alta Resources as a Software Engineer. In 2009, Lindz joined Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company as a Software Engineer. They then transitioned to Infor in 2012, where they worked as a Software Engineer. Lindz joined Oticon in 2013 as a .NET Developer before transitioning to Vibe Technologies in 2014, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer and later as Head of Enterprise Systems, responsible for aligning IT-Enterprise strategy and planning with business goals. In 2017, Lindz joined Smartwave Studios as the Web Services Lead/Manager and The MYSALE Group as the Head of Technology (Philippines). Presently, Lindz holds the position of Head of Technology (Philippines) at both Smartwave Studios and The MYSALE Group.
Lindz Bancaso attended Mapúa University from 2003 to 2006. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology.
