Masood Nevisipour has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Masood began as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Arizona State University, then became a Graduate Research Associate where they evaluated the effects of ankle-foot-orthoses, functional electrical stimulators, and trip-specific training on fall outcomes in individuals with stroke. In 2022, they began working as a Lead Human Biomechanics & Human Factors Engineer at Seismic, where they design, tests, and validates a soft wearable robotic exo-suit to support trunk, lower back, pelvis, and hips and enhance workers safety.
Masood Nevisipour attended Sharif University of Technology from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Masood then attended Arizona State University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Masood continued their studies at Arizona State University, graduating with a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering in 2019.
