Caroline Yost

Caroline Yost is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in people operations and organizational culture, currently serving as Vice President, People at Serenity Kids since February 2025. Prior roles include Interim Head of Human Resources and Human Resources Business Partner at Point, a leading home equity platform, as well as Director/Head of Human Resources at Scentbird, where emphasis was placed on delivering joy through scent and clean beauty. Caroline also held positions at Amino Apps as People Operations Manager, where significant operational scaling was achieved, and at Bombas, contributing to enhancing employee experience. Earlier career roles include various positions in administration and marketing at organizations such as Atlas Merchant Capital LLC and SoulCycle Inc. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from George Mason University and has additional educational experiences from NYU School of Professional Studies and University of Indonesia.
