Erik Hoving

Erik Hoving has an extensive career in technology and strategic leadership, currently serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board at myTomorrows since 2015. Hoving is also a Senior Advisor at Monitor Deloitte from January 2020 to November 2024. Previous roles include significant positions at KPN, where Erik was involved in Special Projects and Alliances and held titles of Group Chief Technology Officer and Chief Strategy, Innovation and Technology Officer from 2012 to 2019. Hoving served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at SMART Photonics for a brief period in 2018. Before KPN, Hoving held the role of CTO at KPN Mobile International and was CEO at Zenitel. Hoving’s early career includes being a Senior Partner at Monitor Group and a Director at Arthur D. Little from 1991 to 2001, as well as a role in Product Management at AT&T NSI. Hoving holds an MBA from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a degree from Delft University of Technology.
