Roos Takken

Roos Takken is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at myTomorrows since January 2024. Previously, Roos held the position of Interim Human Resources Business Partner at LUMICKS and served as a Manager, People Business Partner at GitLab, where significant contributions were made to various departments, including supporting the growth of the Engineering team from 250 to over 700 members. Earlier roles include Head of People at Hubs, where Roos played a key role in expanding the team amidst funding rounds, and Head of HR & Recruitment at bunq, focusing on scaling the organization and aligning HR policies with banking regulations. Roos has a Master of Science in Policy, Communication, and Organisation from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Organisational Science from the same institution.
