Andrej Šimunaj has extensive work experience in the technology and software development industry. Andrej started their career in 2007 as the CEO and Founder of AM2 Studio, where they were responsible for business development, software engineering, and managing a team of over 30 employees. During their time at AM2 Studio, the company experienced significant growth, achieving approximately 100% yearly growth. Andrej's role evolved to cover various areas such as HR management, project management, sales, software development, strategy, and team management. In 2014, they joined myZone Media Inc. as the Chief Technology Officer.

Since 2001, myZone Media has been online, promoting your events and selling your tickets. You have probably run into one of our brands at an event somewhere: Clubvibes (2001), Techvibes (2002), clubZone (2003), ticketZone (2010), Am2 Studio (2011) and Glow Gardens (2017). Making big shows come together successfully is a lot of work and a lot of risk. That is where we come in, helping event producers operate more efficiently. Our team consists of over 100 full-time members based in Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Columbia, Croatia, Denmark, Germany, India, Mexico, the Philippines, South Africa, Spain, the UK, and the USA! We are all very passionate about being the best in the world at what we do while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. After all, what fun is promoting fun if you aren’t having any? OUR WORK ENVIRONMENT We have a results-only work environment (ROWE) so you are provided flexibility in setting your own hours and optionally working from home. Additional benefits of ROWE include no tracking of sick days or vacation time. We were inspired by Dan Pink’s Ted Talk on the science of motivation, and believe that an intrinsically motivated team is the best way to solve the problems of the 21st century (ie: we don’t use carrots or sticks!).
