Ernest Bacani

Ernest Bacani is a Senior Analyst in Global Compensation at N-able since May 2022, bringing extensive experience in HR and compensation roles from previous positions at BHP as Senior Specialist in HR Reward and at Birches Group LLC in various capacities including Senior Analyst in Organizational Development and Compensation Analyst. Bacani's career began as an HR Assistant at Gomeco Group of Companies and continued as an HR & Admin Assistant at FoodBev International Co., with an early internship at World Citi Inc. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology at De La Salle University, Bacani holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from San Beda College and completed high school at Notre Dame of Greater Manila.
