Mark's expertise includes leading compliance teams, developing assurance frameworks, and producing detailed compliance reports for governance bodies. With a foundational background in law from Liverpool John Moores University and experience in management roles at HM Revenue & Customs and Shop Direct, Mark has consistently demonstrated a commitment to enhancing compliance and risk management processes across organizations.
