N3B Los Alamos
Luis Santana is an accomplished nuclear facility operations manager with extensive experience in the nuclear industry, currently serving at N3B Los Alamos since May 2021. Prior to this role, Luis held key positions at Nuclear Waste Partnership LLC from April 2016 to May 2021, including Configuration Management Engineer and Vendor Project Manager. Luis began a career in public service with the Government of Puerto Rico's Camara de Representantes, where roles included Administrative Assistant in the Office of Citizen Participation and Aide to the Sergeant-at-Arms. Earlier experience included a position as Promoter at Cervecera de Puerto Rico. Luis holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico, achieved between 2010 and 2016.

N3B manages the 10-year, $1.38 billion Los Alamos Legacy Cleanup Contract for the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Environmental Management Los Alamos Field Office.
