Stewart Morse is an experienced project manager with a strong background in engineering and construction management, holding a B.S.C.E. in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Currently serving as Project Manager V at N3B Los Alamos since August 2018, Stewart has previously held significant roles such as Senior Project Engineer at Huntington Ingalls Industries and Project Engineer V at Fluor Corporation, where responsibilities included managing a $50M subcontract for oil and gas facilities and acting as a subject matter expert for global workforce management systems. Additional experience encompasses senior project management roles at Arcadis, Integral Associates, and CBRE, overseeing major projects such as airport expansions and shopping centers, as well as a tenure at Merrill Lynch managing corporate real estate projects across multiple locations.

N3B manages the 10-year, $1.38 billion Los Alamos Legacy Cleanup Contract for the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Environmental Management Los Alamos Field Office.
