Patrick O'Brien

Patrick O'Brien is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel (fractional) at N3TWORK Studios since June 2024, overseeing all legal matters. Previously, O'Brien held the position of Acting General Counsel for Forte, managing legal affairs for its subsidiary, Phoenix Labs. From November 2017 to March 2022, O'Brien functioned as General Counsel and Head of Business and Corporate Development at N3TWORK Studios. O'Brien's extensive career at Electronic Arts spanned nearly two decades, where roles included Vice President of EA Entertainment, Vice President of Business Affairs, and European General Counsel and VP of Business Affairs, leading teams and driving business development in various entertainment sectors. O'Brien began the legal career as an Associate Attorney at O'Melveny & Myers LLP and Berg, Zeigler, Anderson and Parker. Educationally, O'Brien holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in English Literature and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, along with a Junior Year Abroad Certificate from Trinity College Dublin.
