We are looking for an Engineering Manager who wants to join and lead our team that researches, develops and maintains features our biggest users are willing to pay for.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their professional growth, while actively participating in hiring and conducting performance reviews.
• Drive architectural decisions (with a heavy emphasis on the backend) and ensure high-quality standards, engineering best practices, and operational excellence within the team with a willingness to spend 30-40% of your time still hands on coding
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design and the rest of the engineering teams.
• Act as a technical leader, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and learning within the engineering team, while also contributing to improving engineering culture and best practices.
