Keisha D. currently serves as the Director of the Center for Opportunity, Race and Justice at the NAACP, leading national initiatives on inclusive economy and racial equity since June 2022. In addition, Keisha holds a position as a Junior Researcher at Simmons College of Kentucky, collaborating on research projects in conjunction with the University of Louisville and the University of Kentucky. As a consultant with KDB Consulting, Keisha specializes in anti-racism strategic planning and business development. Previous roles include Executive Director of Philanthropy & Corporate Relations at Park Community Credit Union, where the Nspire initiative was launched, and Executive Director of the Passport Foundation, focusing on social determinants of health.
