1st Vice President Of The Santa Rosa-sonoma Naacp at NAACP

Nzinga Woods currently holds the position of Project Coordinator at the Sonoma County Office of Education and serves as an Adjunct Professor and Educational Consultant in Ethnic Studies and Arts within the San Francisco Bay Area/Sonoma. Since January 2021, Nzinga has also been the 1st Vice President of the Santa Rosa-Sonoma NAACP. Previous roles include Principal at Ravenswood City School District and Vice Principal at Costaño School of the Arts, along with serving as Co-Director of the ArtQuest Program at Santa Rosa City Schools. Nzinga's experience in arts education includes a role as an Arts Consultant at the African American Arts and Culture Complex. Nzinga holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from California State University, Fullerton, along with an MFA from Mills College and additional credentials from San Francisco State University and California State University-Sacramento.
