Tony Fields

Tony Fields currently serves as President of the NAACP, a position held since August 2021, while also serving as Pastor at both Christ Church United Church of Christ and St. John's United Church of Christ since May 2019 and June 2014, respectively. Additional leadership includes chairing the Committee On Ministry for the Penn Central Conference United Church of Christ until December 2023 and previous roles such as a member of the PA-DE-NJ Regional ECC Committee for the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association, and a Security Officer at WellSpan Health. Fields also contributed as a Chaplain for the Fredericksburg Fire Department and wrote Clergy Meditations for The Derrick/ Clarion News. Educational qualifications include a Master of Divinity from Lancaster Theological Seminary, a Master of Psychology from the University of Phoenix, a B.S. in Christian Studies from Lancaster Bible College, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts-Social Science from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
