Tony Fields currently serves as President of the NAACP, a position held since August 2021, while also serving as Pastor at both Christ Church United Church of Christ and St. John's United Church of Christ since May 2019 and June 2014, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Master of Divinity from Lancaster Theological Seminary, a Master of Psychology from the University of Phoenix, a B.S. in Christian Studies from Lancaster Bible College, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts-Social Science from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
