Will Schmitt

Will Schmitt is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in venture capital and investment. Currently serving as the VP of Finance at Hiyo since March 2025, Will is also a Managing Partner at Trail Post Ventures, which focuses on partnering with innovative consumer brands. Will's investment expertise spans several companies, including cleancult, OROS, JuneShine, Rumpl, Naadam, and nutpods. Previous roles include Head of Venture Strategy at Miroma Ventures, where Will concentrated on growth-stage consumer brands, and Managing Director at Natureza Growth Partners, focusing on early-stage disruptive companies. Will holds an MBA in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University.
