Philippe Noziere

Philippe Noziere currently holds the position of Commodity Management at NAAREA since May 2023. Previously, Philippe served at Howden from October 2014 to March 2022 as the Global Category Manager for Motors and Global Advanced Procurement Leader, where responsibilities included defining and applying sourcing strategies for over 30 different P&L in a matrix and multi-cultural environment. Prior experience includes serving as Global Advanced Procurement Manager at Flowserve from February 2006 to October 2014, focusing on supplier selection and negotiations for major multi-site projects with a portfolio value exceeding 250 million euros, and as EMA Advanced Procurement Manager for projects valued over 100 million euros. Philippe started at Flowserve Corporation as an International Purchaser from February 2000 to February 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in International Trading from CESCI Paris, a Diplôme IEDN from the European Institute of Negotiation, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Lycee Blaise Pascal in Clermont-Ferrand, France. Additionally, Philippe completed national military service as a secretary to a lieutenant.
