Greg Williams

Greg Williams is the current CEO and Chairman of the Board at Nabholz. Greg has been with the company since January 2003, previously serving as Senior Investment Advisor. In this role, Greg specializes in commercial brokerage and leasing in Arkansas, especially with downtown, urban infill, and tradtional neighborhood developments.

Prior to joining Nabholz, Greg worked as a Consultant for the Small Business Development Center at the University of Arkansas. In this role, Greg worked with people who were looking to start a business or who already had a business, providing information on how to prepare plans and apply for SBA loans.

Greg has a long history of working in the Arkansas community and is passionate about helping businesses grow and thrive. Greg is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the Little Rock Downtown Partnership.

Greg Williams has an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Arkansas, as well as a BSBA in Finance & Real Estate from the same school. Greg is also certified from the CCIM Institute in CCIM.
